At SparksMag, we take immense pride in the excellence of our products and the service we offer. We stand firmly behind our commitment by providing a lifetime warranty for our products. However, we acknowledge that occasional human errors can occur, and we want to assure you that we are always here to assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
1. For Faulty and Damaged Items:
If you happen to receive a defective product within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will swiftly dispatch a replacement item and handle all arrangements for the return of the faulty one.
It's important to note that this policy does not apply in cases where the damage is a result of:
- Misuse and abuse.
- Inadequate storage of items. For guidance on proper magnetic tile storage, please refer to our FAQs.
If your situation falls outside these exceptions, please get in touch with us at contact@sparksmagtiles.com, providing the following details:
- Your name.
- Delivery address.
- Photographs or videos showing the faulty item(s).
- Order number or the authorised stockist where you made the purchase.
Important Note:
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, some tiles may exhibit minor imperfections such as light scratches and aesthetic inconsistencies like injection lines. These are entirely normal and will not compromise the quality of the tiles or their play value. We appreciate your understanding in this regard, and these minor imperfections DO NOT fall under our policy for faulty items.
2. For Wrong or Missing Items:
If you receive incorrect items or find that items are missing from your order, please inform us within 30 days of your purchase. We will conduct an assessment and promptly send you the correct or missing item(s), covering all associated shipping costs.
