    • Your Order Number

    • The photo(s) of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your submitted case and will send you a free, prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

  4. A replacement item(s) or correct item(s) will be sent to you at no additional cost.
